We work in a wide area of agriculture, animal husbandry and operate this with purposeful environmental efforts.

We work for ecological, economically and socially sustainable development in the Swedish countryside. We work to prevent harmful environmental impact and work to achieve improvement in these issues.

We have the ambition to comply with applicable environmental legislation and other requirements with a good margin.

Our main principle is the proximity between producer and consumer.

An additional part of our environmental initiative is a sewage treatment plant that was installed in autumn 2002. This means that we take care of our own sludge that is returned to arable land after composting and sampling. Spill water is infiltrated about 500 m from the restaurant.

A total of 210 ha of goats and baits are used for meat production.

Ekerödsrasten Restaurant and farms are in close proximity to each other.
